Meet The Brewers
Patrick
Co-Owner, Brewer
Patrick comes to us from the UK. But has strong NZ family ties based in the West Coast and Nelson regions.
Hi dad is a proud coaster and after several years of living in NZ Patrick has integrated well into NZ life.
Patrick is good at working out new recipes and toying with the current ones to make them tastier. he enjoyed the challenge of creating new flavours for you to enjoy
Matt
Co-Owner, Brewer
Matt is a born and bred local who has returned to Timaru after many years away. He thought it was a genius idea to buy a brewery…and it turned out it was. you will find him helping to create the beers that locals have come to love. When he isn’t at the brewery he an be found driving a truck for local trucking company Hilton Haulage.
Cameron
Co-Owner, Brewer
Cameron comes to us from the West Coast . But has made Timaru/Pleasant Point his home with his partner Ruby and her son Finn. Cameron is rugby mad and watches every game possible.
Cameron also helps create the beers, tinkering with ingredient to create different flavours.
when he isn’t creating or serving you can find him driving a Hilton Haulage truck around Canterbury and Otago.
